Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Priority Handling: Orders placed with expedited shipping receive priority handling and are processed faster to meet the shorter delivery timeframe.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website, along with any terms and conditions.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information:

  • Email Notification: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
  • Order Status Updates: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the “My Orders” section.

Important Information

Delivery Times:

  • Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays. We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contact@ethirani.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ethirani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
