At Ethirani.com, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality organic food products. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a cancellation, refund, or return. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines:
1. Cancellation:
- Cancellations can only be made before the order is sent for shipping. Once the product is being shipped, no cancellation or refund can be initiated.
- To request a cancellation, please send a formal order cancellation request to contact@ethirani.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” Include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was deducted within 7 to 10 days.
- Any bank transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be applicable and paid by the customer.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
a. The order was successfully cancelled.
b. The order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases of unfounded recipients).
c. Complaints regarding the quality of the delivered product are found to be true.
- Our team will evaluate each refund request, and the decision of our management will be final.
- The refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
3. Returns:
- Due to the consumable nature of our organic food products, items are non-returnable.
- We are unable to accept returns on products once they have been delivered and received by the customer, except under the following circumstances: a. Default of the company: If the product is damaged or of poor quality due to our company’s fault, we will consider accepting the return.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The shipping cost for returning the product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
Please note that this policy is subject to our evaluation and the decision of our management, and any refunds granted will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned refund policy.
